Call for Proposals 2025

The UN Road Safety Fund (UNRSF) is now accepting proposals for its 2025 funding cycle from authorized participating organizations. This year’s priority is on supporting countries and cities to adopt and implement road safety laws and standards aligned with UN legal instruments, wherever applicable.

Proposals should focus on one or both of the following areas:
Motorcycle Safety, including measures targeting powered two-wheelers (PTWs) and their users
Road Crash Data, including collection, analysis, and post-crash investigation to support evidence-based action
Regional proposals involving three or more countries are strongly encouraged.

More details on how to apply are coming soon.

Call for Proposals 2024

The UN Road Safety Fund (UNRSF) is proud to announce the selection of eight new projects under the 2024 Call for Proposals, unveiled during the High-Level Pledging Forum in Marrakesh at the 4th Global Ministerial Conference on Road Safety. These projects will drive targeted, high-impact interventions to save lives on the world’s roads.

Following the announcement, UNRSF hosted two weeks of Information Sessions, where project teams received expert guidance to refine their strategies and develop their full project documents. These sessions are a crucial step in ensuring each initiative is well-structured, aligned with UN road safety frameworks and set for success.
