Call for Proposals

The Call for Proposals is UNRSF's funding mechanism: on an annual basis, the Fund opens it to eligible Participating Organizations to submit project proposals against a stated theme and set of eligibility criteria. Each cycle has its own priorities, timeline, and list of eligible applicants, published when that Call opens.

Call for Proposals 2024 (Closed)

The UN Road Safety Fund (UNRSF) is proud to announce the selection of eight new projects under the 2024 Call for Proposals, unveiled during the High-Level Pledging Forum in Marrakesh at the 4th Global Ministerial Conference on Road Safety. These projects will drive targeted, high-impact interventions to save lives on the world’s roads.

Following the announcement, UNRSF hosted two weeks of Information Sessions, where project teams received expert guidance to refine their strategies and develop their full project documents. These sessions are a crucial step in ensuring each initiative is well-structured, aligned with UN road safety frameworks and set for success.
