In celebration of International Women's Day 2023, Nneka Henry, Head of the UN Road Safety Fund, shares her thoughts on the nexus between women and road safety.

Women's voices and experiences must be integrated into road safety decisions. From last week's Open Day event, we saw UNRSF projects that champion inclusiveness. As a secretariat, we encourage more of the Fund's projects to value women's needs, ideas and skills in achieving road safety.
